Choosing the function
Passage for internal doors with no lock. Bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, laundries.
Privacy for bathrooms, powder rooms, ensuites and studies.
Entrance for external doors needing a keyed lock.
Worth knowing
A knob turns rather than pushes, so it is harder to operate with wet or full hands and is not DDA compliant. Keep it for the formal rooms and the entrance, and specify a lever for bathrooms and utility doors.
Compliance
All Guildford knobs and backplates are fire rated to 2 hours under AS1530.4:2014. For certification documentation, call 1300 522 163.
Fitting
Includes all components required to install on your door. Euro and privacy punch outs at 85mm CTC. Half sets are not available in Iver kits.
Lead time
Havolka and Ookami Studio are held in stock in Palmyra at all times. Orders placed before cut off generally dispatch the same day.
Every other brand is brought in to order, generally one to two weeks depending on the supplier and the finish.

Delivery and lead times
We supply more than twenty brands, and most product is brought in to order from our suppliers. As a general guide, allow one to two weeks from order to delivery. Some ranges arrive sooner, and we will always confirm the expected timing on your order.

Shipping
All deliveries are sent via tracked courier, Australia wide, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Working to a build programme?

Send us your plans and we will produce a complete door hardware schedule for the project, door by door, with every lever, hinge, stop and bolt specified. We then supply everything off the schedule, labelled and delivered to suit your build programme.
