All Helsinki levers and stepped backplates are fire-rated for up to 2 hours, meeting the strict requirements of the Australian Standard (AS1530.4:2014) for safety and performance. Each set includes face-fix wood screws and tie bolts, while latches are sold separately to provide flexibility in selecting locking mechanisms. Euro and privacy punch-outs are positioned at 85mm CTC, ensuring compatibility with a variety of door systems. Half sets are available in both fixed and operable versions, allowing you to customize the lever’s functionality based on your needs. When placing your order, please specify left-hand (LH) or right-hand (RH) orientation to ensure a precise fit.
Inbuilt privacy lock options are also available for the Helsinki lever with the stepped backplate, providing a sleek, modern look while ensuring the necessary privacy for specific rooms.

Delivery and lead times
We supply more than twenty brands, and most product is brought in to order from our suppliers. As a general guide, allow one to two weeks from order to delivery. Some ranges arrive sooner, and we will always confirm the expected timing on your order.

Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat $25 for orders under $300 and free for orders over $300. All deliveries are sent via tracked courier, Australia wide, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.
